Website and products

Alcoholic beverages are sold exclusively to people aged 18 or over. Proof of age may be requested on delivery. Each product page identifies the wine, vintage and bottle size. Archive photographs are labelled; the supplied vintage is the one specified in the ordered product. Vivino ratings state the date checked and, where indicated, cover multiple vintages. They are not verified reviews of purchases from this store.

Prices and orders

Prices are in euros and include VAT. Wine is subject to 13% VAT in mainland Portugal. Delivery costs, the total and available payment methods are shown before the order is confirmed.

Please check the products, quantities and addresses before confirming. An acknowledgement is sent to the e-mail provided. If stock is unavailable or an error prevents fulfilment, we will contact you to resolve the matter and refund the amounts due. We will not substitute products without your agreement.

Delivery

Available destinations and restrictions are displayed during the order process. Unless another deadline is expressly agreed before purchase, the statutory maximum delivery period of 30 days applies. Changes will be communicated without limiting your rights in the event of non-performance.

Risk of loss or damage remains with us until receipt by you or your nominated third party, as required by law. We recommend noting visible damage on delivery and contacting us; failing to do so at that moment does not remove your statutory rights.

Consumer disputes may be submitted to CICAP — Centro de Informação de Consumo e Arbitragem do Porto, subject to the applicable jurisdiction rules and without excluding access to the courts. Portuguese law applies without removing mandatory consumer protections under the applicable law. Website content belongs to Pinalta or its respective rights holders and must be used in accordance with those rights.
