Controller and data

We process information you provide in enquiries or orders: name, e-mail, phone number, addresses, tax information where required for invoicing, messages, products and payment status. The website infrastructure may record technical information such as IP address, browser and access logs for operation and security.

Purposes and legal bases

We use data to respond to enquiries and fulfil orders on the basis of pre-contractual steps and contract performance; to meet invoicing and tax duties on the basis of legal obligations; and for security, fraud prevention and the defence of rights on the basis of legitimate interests balanced against your rights. Promotional communications requiring consent are only sent with that consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.

Mandatory fields are needed to respond to a request or fulfil an order. Without them, we may be unable to provide the requested service.

Recipients and retention

Jumpseller hosts and manages the store. Depending on the selected option and operation, necessary data is processed by SIBS/JumpPay or PayPal for payments, FedEx for delivery, and technical or accounting service providers. Data may be disclosed to authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data.

We retain data for the period needed for each purpose and applicable legal obligations. Tax records and information required by law are not erased before those retention periods expire. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, a valid transfer mechanism and GDPR safeguards must apply; you can ask for information about the applicable safeguards.

Cookies and external services

Technical resources support sessions, preferences, forms and store operation. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent; any non-essential cookies must depend on the visitor’s prior choice. Cookies can be managed in your browser, although blocking necessary cookies may prevent features from working. External links take you to services governed by their own policies.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability where provided by law, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing.
